Sunday Pasta Night

I'm attempting this again, Chicken & Spinach Alfredo Lasagna
and Sweet Italian Sausage and Marinara Lasagna

I marinated some country-style ribs in Weber's chipotle marinade and grilled them, finishing with barbecue sauce. That and a salad was dinner.

Cooked a Boston butt in the electric roaster, had mashed potatoes and gravy, and squash and onions to go with it. I had watermelon for dessert, Mom had her strawberries.

I planned on making chicken marsala. Had the mushrooms on the counter so I could start cleaning and slicing. Himself walked into the kitchen and said that he wasn't all that hungry. Quick pivot; I made dirty eggs instead. We had them with toasted five seed bread and sauteed Bourbon-butter-brown sugar apple slices.

I felt like ordering supper "on purpose", just to enjoy someone else's cooking, not because I ran out of spoons. So, we ordered Chinese food. We really enjoyed it.
