cornish hen & a veg, maybe a starch, love cornish hens with butter, sage, lemon, yum!

Leftover pulled pork, grilled chicken, fried potatoes w/onions, and salad.
Update - I just put a white cake marbled with strawberry pie filling in the oven !! So there WILL be dessert !

Samosas filled with mince, peas, sweetcorn, spring onions and red onions

Want something for dessert. Not sure what yet. Something orangey n chocolatey. Maybe a chocolate orange mousse. Hmm.

At the rate the temperature here is climbing, it won't be surprising if we end up with only tomato & cucumber salad and feta, and fresh fruits for our dinner tonight!!

Tuna and rice with Loads of home-grown Corriander (it`s just this dish I make, it doesn`t have a name).

grilling a london broil .. some red potatos on the grill ..
maybe some green beans .. and something sweet after ..
no idea what .. but i have a terrible craving for ice cream ..

For me petrale sole picatta, for DH halibut dipped in egg then panko and cooked in butter, steamed yukons the halved and dressed with evoo,sliced onion,parsley,salt and pepper and a touch of vinegar, big globe artichokes with mayo or butter, and spinach salad with strawberries..Dessert just cantaloupe halved and the center filled with vanilla ice cream..
