30 Slabs of Ribs going on the Lang 60D first thing in the morning. Were at a campground doing ribs for Fathers Day........Free camping for 3 days they buy the ribs ...............

We got the ribs ready but I got more ribs then can go on my smoker so I'm going to use rib racks for a while. Never used them before like this so we'll see how things go.

I'm not sure how to post pics right now but I'll get some posted this week I hope. This place is packed and we've had a lot questions about the Lang and how we do ribs so were looking a great day Sat. the storms should be done and good to go...............

The cooker is packed and I'm using a rib rack up to the front so I can get them all in there and the ones in the rack look better then the others full of juice.......... were 3 hrs into the cook they look great so far...........

Everything turned out great we had about 150 campers come thru the food line. The owners did chicken and we had plenty......

Will try and post some pics to prove we did it......

I would think rib racks on a Lang type cooker would be fine.
Heck, they'd work on just about any cooker if yer feeding a crowd
