Apple switches to Intel

Anyone else read about this? I'm not so sure how I feel about it. I just hope my Mac feels the same after the switch. The first 'Mactel' machines are slated for this time next year, I for one was plannning on a new Mac this time next year. Now I'm not so sure. I want to see how these puppies run before I pick one up.

I wouldn't be too concerned. The overwhelming majority of personal computer in the world work quite well with Intel.

I wouldn't have a Windows machine with anything else but an Intel processor.
