Someone posted this write up http://www.bbqdryrubs.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/BeginnersGuideBacoanSausageJerky.pdf on a different site and at the bottom was a recipe for Bacon Cheeseburger Sausage. I had a 2lb chunk of chuck I had to do something with so I decided to give this a whirl. I bought an additional 2 lbs of ground chuck and doubled the recipe.
The meats, 4 lbs of chuck, 2lbs that I ground and 2lbs I bought and a pound of cooked bacon. I also added a pound of cheddar that I cubed up but its not in this pic.
Cooking a test patty. I would add another pound of bacon to this, didn't really taste any. I did add some garlic powder to the mixtue also.
Stuffer loaded!
