conversions help

Hey everyone I'm new here and I need a little Help. The recipe that I'm using calls for 1 lb of flour how many cups is that?

My scale conversion table says 1 cup of flour weighs 5 ounces....16 ounces to the pound so it would be 3 cups plus 4 Tablespoons - this is unsifted weight. Hope this helps!
