How many hundred cookbooks have you got in your cupboard?:chef:
Do you find you use the same ones over and over again, then finish up making your own alterations etc?:)

Better Homes and Gardens is my classic cookbook. I also have two Rachael Rays, one Art Smith, two Frugal Gourmets, and the others are specialty cookbooks,

While I collect cookbooks & do have several hundred (at least - lol!!), I keep maybe 50 or so in the kitchen. There was a strip of unused wall space right as you enter, & although only 15" or so wide, I was actually able to find a nice wooden bookcase to fit it that runs about 6'-7' high or so.

Since it's right before you enter the room, the books aren't exposed to kitchen flotsam & jetsum, so I'm able to display some of my nicer "coffee-table" type cookbooks as well as the less extravagant tomes I use most frequently. And since I have so many books in total, I switch them around sometimes to get new ideas & to have a fresh look.
