Cookbooks in your cupboard

How many hundred cookbooks have you got in your cupboard?
Do you find you use the same ones over and over again, then finish up making your own alterations etc?

While I collect cookbooks & do have several hundred (at least - lol!!), I keep maybe 50 or so in the kitchen. There was a strip of unused wall space right as you enter, & although only 15" or so wide, I was actually able to find a nice wooden bookcase to fit it that runs about 6'-7' high or so.

Since it's right before you enter the room, the books aren't exposed to kitchen flotsam & jetsum, so I'm able to display some of my nicer "coffee-table" type cookbooks as well as the less extravagant tomes I use most frequently. And since I have so many books in total, I switch them around sometimes to get new ideas & to have a fresh look.
