Norac, I make a similar pie, its my version of Sebadas called Badas Sebadas.
Roll puff pastry very thinly, cut out a circle the size of a teacup saucer.
Mix fresh curd cheese with lots of grated lemon zest, sweeten with honey and put a good blob on the pastry, form and crimp like an empanada.
Shallow fry till golden then drizzle with warm honey that has been infused with more lemon zest.
