I roasted a bone in turkey breast. I wasn't going to do all this, but one thing lead to another. Mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, and canned cranberries. I only ate one slice turkey, but Boy, am I stuffed.
 
Experiment supper. I have some Madras curry paste. I wanted to make a curry, so I found a recipe at an Indian spice site. I got the gist of how to do it and just used the curry paste instead of the individual spices. Oh my, that must have been good, because I stuffed myself. :pig: So did Stirling. I served it with brown basmati rice and I made a leafy salad to go with that. Wernesgrüner Pils Legende with it. We don't drink a lot of beer, but it goes really well with Indian food.
