Hi everyone. My name is Clement Yeung and I'm living in the North-East of England, UK.

I've been looking into cooking a lot recently, and for the last month or so I've been cooking a different dish every night for my girlfriend and myself. It has been rather successful and I'm enjoying it very much. I hope to share and learn with you all.
