Inconsistency of eat outside

when i eat outside one of the problems is the inconsistency of food.
sometimes it can be tasty but in other times they have prepared it not very good.

how bad is the situation in where you live?

Pretty good around here. We occasionally eat upstairs from our balcony overlooking a reserve. I go down and cook and take upstairs and eat. Its pretty peaceful and cheap. Not that I'm frugal??

It's good or bad between restaurants inside or outside in my experience. I've been to some indoor places that are worse than the outdoor places. It's about menu offerings, preparation and service to me.

That's what I was thinking. We have a lot of restaurants that have inside and outside seating. Food is the same.
