Over here, the dressings for salads like Horiatiki Salata (Greek Villager's Salad), Aggourodomatosalata (Cucucmber & Tomato Salad), Maroulosalata (Lettuce & Dill Salad), Lahanosalata (Cabbage & Carrot Salad), to name a few consist of only EVOO, vinegar/lemon juice and salt. Sometimes a sprinkling of oregano is added to some salad.
