I, practically never buy veal. But this just looked so fresh that i went for it, but now I do not know how to cook. Help me please.

Gee, I guess, I am not the only one who doesn't know how to cook veal, huh?
Well, try this link to google--it even has you there. It's going to be a braise and you can undoubtedly use a recipe for lamb in the same way. Report back!!
