Lamb Tenderloin?

How should I cook a lamb tenderloin? The package it came in only weighed 1/2 Lb, and it says it's a "3-pack". Tried looking up this cut on other websites, but couldn't find any recipes. Thanks!
 
Treat it like beef tenderloin. It's the same cut of meat except from a lamb. It is lean and tender. Use a dry high heat method such as grilling or pan searing.
