Wow TGirl! Your food looks great! I cooked about the same menu as you did only that my mom made the chicken in mole sauce and the Mexican rice. I made some enchiladas, charro beans and some black bean/corn/mango salad. Everything was very delicious and got compliments from our party guests. Hope your weekend was great!

Corazon mentioned Greek. She is going to start a thread. Don't really know about Greek, but, I'll just look it up on the sites she gave me.

What spices do I need for Greek food dear? I have never prepared lamb before much less Greek food but I'm all for it and ready to give it a shot.
