6 cup freshly sliced peaches
1/2 cup granulated sugar (depending on the peaches of course)
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 roll refrigerated (18-ounce) prepared sugar cookie dough, softened
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, mix peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer fruit mixture to an 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Crumble cookie dough over fruit, covering completely. Bake uncovered until cookie crust is golden and crisp, and juices bubble thickly, about 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream
