Such a simple dessert and so stylish and tasty!
Ingredients:
x1 bar-one chocolate bar (equivalent is a mars bar) probably better to share 1 large one between two people.
phyllo pastry (bought frozen)
ice- cream of choice
sauce of choice
deep saucepan with oil for deep frying
Method
Wrap the bar-one chocolate bar in phyllo pastry to look like a bon bon or small xmas cracker.
Deep fry your phyllo bon bons in hot oil till crispy and a light golden brown colour.
Serve with with ice cream and sauce of choice.
(chocolate bar goes gooey and soft and melty inside the crisp phyllo)
Hot and cold melt in your mouth treat!
