My next culinary adventure seems to be making my own pickles.
Can't buy good bread n butters, and the pickled green beans
are a hit with me.
I do have some jars in the fridge with leftover brine. Hate to throw
it out...is it good for anything? can it be re-used?
also, any pickle experts out there, I'd love to hear you techniques/recipes.
