Radio, 30 minute meal ideas?

I recently started doing some 90 second radio spots on a local radio station. It helps promote our cafe & catering business. Wondering if anyone has any idea's for me on 30 minute meals.
Things I have done up to this point: Italian stuffed Portabella's, Dinner Quiche, Oven Fried Chicken with potato flakes & A family meal with Dad makes the marinated chops, mom does the potatoes & the kyds make ice-cream in the coffee can with rock salt & ice surronding it. I am also looking at the final meal served on the titanic & putting a little trivia with it.
I am looking for simple, family recipies; a quick meal for families on a busy schedule.
