I looked at this of the Bisquick website but fixed it better! It calls for extra-sharp cheddar cheese but I fixed it with crumbled Bleu cheese.
1/4 pound of ground Italian sausage
1 cup and a little more of crumbled Bleu cheese
A little over 3/4 cup of Bisquick mix
Pre heat the oven to 400.
Mix everything together and make the shapes of 10 round balls.
Put these on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve over brown and wild rice with a pasta sauce for a dinner. Or for a breakfast, serve alone with a muffin or some polenta.
