im making a recipe form pampered chef . Its an enchillada ring and i need southwest seasoning mix and of course i didnt buy it. lol I know i can look in a store to see if they carry it but does anyone know off hand if a store does carry it or does anyone know a simple recipe for it? thanks a whole bunch and ill post the recipe later if you guys would like
