Love all those beautiful mushrooms. And pearl onions are one of my favorite things.

Have you ever had creamed pearl onions as a side dish? Soooo delicious.

Had some left over and put them on a carrot and parsnip mash for my lunch. Very yummy.

Yes, have had them creamed but a long time ago, really have to do some again.

Very nice! Thank you. I do mashed cauliflower pretty much the same way, with just butter & salt and a little milk or cream.

Those Gratin recipes look delicious.
