Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic powder is what I've always liked. I used to use regular salt, but I've made the switch to large crystals, sometimes Kosher and sometimes sea salt.Toby keil said:Looks tasty John, one of my favorite cuts of meat to grill.
