Korean Fried Shrimp with Bok Choy in Oyster, Honey and Garlic Glaze 🫠

I went to the enormous Wegman’s known locally as The Mothership and noticed a young woman putting out fresh Perdue Cornish hens.

I’ve never seen or had them fresh so I brought one home and roasted it for dinner.

I served it with some dark green tough leaves of romaine that I had cooked with garlic and hot pepper flakes.

Cantaloupe chunks for afters. 🐷🐷🐷

I would definitely buy these fresh Cornish hens in the future. I think they would be great spatchcocked for the grill or a sheet pan dinner.
