Temperature to serve Burgandy?

Room temperature or slightly chilled? Please keep in mind that I'm in Texas and room temperature can be pretty darned warm! :?

Don't chill it - serve it "as is". I take it this is going out on the boat????

It will be fine in hot weather.

Nope, no boat tomorrow, storm warnings out...taking dinner to my friends place.

strawberry cheesecake ( OK, we both prefer CHOCOLATE...but I gave that up for Lent, Strawberry anything comes in second)
His duty is candles, pick the movie, and make sure his cats don't sit around watching us like we're the entertainment!
