We had a Thai green curry with chicken and veg (broccoli, red bell pepper, green beans, shallot, and spinach). I love that I can use some Thai green curry paste and make this really easy, really tasty supper. I served it over brown basmati rice.
We went to a family party yesterday got home around 7:30 pm. We picked up Chinese food on the way home - orange chicken and pork fried rice for me, boneless ribs and pork fried rice for DH. Homemade chocolate-cherry ice cream for dessert.
