For lunch we went to the chippie and bought some butterfish, potato fritters and chips....TASTY!!

Some leftover stuffed chicken breast with spinach, bacon and swiss, and roasted vegetables topped with tomato and blue cheese dressing, on toasted, pro biotic bread.
Or.....some people call it a sandwich.
