Mac and cheese for dinner this afternoon. I used up all the cheese I had in the fridge, which was about half sharp cheddar, and the other half was a mix of Monterey jack, Havarti, and smoked gouda. A bit of bread crumbs on top, and put it under the broiler for a few seconds. Ooey gooey creamy delicious.

We had another grilled dinner...chicken thighs basted with butter mixed with Sriracha hot sauce, and a big marinated grill basket of mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, asparagus and onion.
