I use a reamer, but have to say that it is great for limes, but you have to fish out lemon seeds or do them over a sieve. Since you do it often, I'm sure you know, but for newbies who might be looking in, either roll your lemons/limes on the counter, under your palm, or pierce them a couple of times and nuke them for a half-to-whole minute (microwaves vary a LOT in power) before juicing. I'm sure there's a scientific reason this works, but you get more juice for less effort that way.
