I have the GE Advantium - it is excellent although I do not use it to its fullest capacity.
just purchased an Advantium 240V over the range oven for remodeling our small winter home in FL. paid 768.00 which seemed a 50% savings, assumed the 240v would be better, but now read (too late that the 110v has more features! and I think a larger turntable? or is that just for the wall ovens ie to fit a 9X13 dish.
Also, I remember a number of years ago seeing Advantium cooking instructions on prepackaged frozen foods, but now do not see them?????
Checked Borders and Amazon for Advantium cookbooks, can't find any. Suprising since the oven has been out for 10 years!
FYI, we choose Kenmore Elite Convection wall oven w/ Warming drawer and 30in Kenmore induction Cooktop, as well as the OTR 240v Advantium.

I have moved into a home that has a 240 bought in 2006. I just love it. But when it comes to converting a recipe it has been difficult. I want to make beef short ribs. Does anyone have a recipe?
