I use b/s turkey breasts in much the same way as the chicken breasts. One of my favorite recipes, though, is turkey almondine- it is just turkey dredged in flour and coated with almonds and served with a wine sauce. Hmmm... I haven't made that in quite some time, maybe I better pull that recipe out!
