Just got a dutch oven , the enamal cast iron for indoor cooking. I googled but have not been able to find recipes specifically for indoor dutch ovens.

Ladycook, I got one of those last year. I've sucessfully used it for some of my smaller-yield soup recipes, Pot Roast (works great for that), and for casseroles and other "one-pot meals" that I've been making. I'm currently at work, so I don't have long to post. When I get home, probably sometime tomorrow, I'll post one of my own creations for a Tex Mex style cheesy chicken rice casserole.

There is a board on this website for DO's. The link is near where the Grilling, Smoking, and Camp Cooking links are. I've only used two of those recipes, a Banana Dump Cobbler, and a Mountain Man Breakfast. Be advised that some of those recipes are designed for DO's that are bigger than the one you may have purchased, so you might have to fiddle with quatities a bit.
