We had roast beef sandwiches and salads for dinner tonight. I had a dish of blueberry ice cream for dessert.
We had some from frozen coriander and pork dumplings. I made a couple of dipping sauces: soy-ginger and nuoc cham me. We also finished off the roast potatoes from yesterday's Greek food delivery and the rest of the salad from that delivery. Easy supper and it was delicious.
Starting at the top left corner, going clockwise: the dumplings, a bottle of tamari, the crudités, the soy-ginger dipping sauce, and the nuok cham me dipping sauce.

I cut a baking potato into eight spears tossed them in oil and oven fried them.
Leftover sheet pan zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
