My Persian Samosa - Best Persian Fast foods

One of the best Iranian fast foods and appetizers, which is very popular in the Middle East
A combination of baked potatoes and vegetables (parsley and coriander) placed in special bread and fried in oil
Special bread: Lavash bread or Yufka dough
with special spices and of course special sauce

You need to be careful not to post a copyright violation. The ingredients of a recipe can't be copyrighted, but the description and instructions can. The forum can get in a lot of trouble for copyright violations.

If you post your own recipe, no problems. If you post somebody else's recipe, you need to re-write the description and instructions in your own words. It is also polite to give credit where credit is due, by saying something like, "recipe inspired by..." or something similar.
