I haven't posted lately because I haven't grilled anything new, but I am doing something a little different tonight. It just seemed like the thing to do....not sure how this will turn out.
The ingredients:
I plan to jam the hot sausage burgers full of pepperoni and provolone cheese, and I may even melt a little more on top too. I have 1.5lbs of meat, so I plan to make 3 burgers. The plan is for 4 slices of cheese inside each burger, and I hope to stuff that entire bag of PEP inside too..........I hope it's a nice sloppy 'juicy lucy' mess when I'm finished
