Too Hot to cook;
Deconstructed Italian Hoagie Salad !!

Salad, Hoagie, Deconstructed.jpg

"You need Italian dressing for an Italian hoagie salad."

Not so, Andy - what makes a Hoagie "Italian" is the selection of meats used.... and, if you order an Italian Hoagie, it's served with vinegar & oil..... or with mayo if you prefer, or "Dry"....:cool:

BBQ chicken with a local small chain's sauce, greens and baked sweet potatoes.

Yes, but never with Russian dressing.

Tonight I enjoyed one of my all-time favorite dishes, spaghetti ala carbonara.

We had Frito, taco salad. It was delicious. We are now almost out of salsa, so that's been put on the shopping list.
