Not so, Andy - what makes a Hoagie "Italian" is the selection of meats used.... and, if you order an Italian Hoagie, it's served with vinegar & oil..... or with mayo if you prefer, or "Dry"....

Tonight I enjoyed one of my all-time favorite dishes, spaghetti ala carbonara.

I made tossed salads for us. After that, leftovers. I ended up having the Frazier Crane Special...with sausages on the side.

Well, I knew about the show and Kelsey Grammer. I even watched it a few times. I just don't think I paid much attention to that theme song. I remembered the song when I heard it, but I wouldn't have figured out where I had heard it.
