You won't see big cooks from me as 99% of the time I cook for just my wife and me. No 23 briskets or 13 butts at a time.
I did do this boneless turkey breast on the kettle yesterday and thought it came out very good so I thought I'd post a few pics anyway. I must acknowledge the bare chested one, Larry Wolfe, for all the many tips etc he has given me over the past couple of years. Thanks Larry. I appreciate your advice and all your help. See, you can teach an old dog new tricks. I did this breast because on Thusday i will be cooking our traditional Thanksgiving Day chickens. (My wife, for some reason, doesn't enjoy turkey)
