I have a pumpkin pie in the oven. After it comes out, I'll bake the bread I made yesterday for the stuffing, to dry it out.
Today I made a cranberry cream torte

Thank you for the tips.If you give the crust a wash with eggs instead of milk, it will come out nice and shiny. I wash it before I put it in the oven, then again half way through. I sprinkle raw sugar on top after the second wash. The egg wash also help prevent burning. I also egg wash the bottom crust before I even start to prepare the filling. Then I leave it to air dry. It semi hardens and helps prevent it from being soggy.
The cake pops turned out great.
