I put together the planned overs for mr bliss. A bowl of pear sauce, small bowl of korean braised soybeans, a piece of barberry/zucchini bread, a bowl of chili macaroni, and cauliflower wings and stir fry sauce. He likes his variety!
I had spinach and veggie brown basmati rice, a piece of fruit bread, and fresh pineapple.
 
I thawed some hash browns for another hash brown recipe. Hash browns, sour cream, cream of potato (I'll delete next time),some garlic and herb spreadable cheese, and Monterey Jack shredded cheese. I also added bacon to it, plus some garlic and onion.

It was all supposed to go in the crock pot for about 4 hours but as it was already 7pm, I just put it in a casserole dish and baked it an hour. I think this one's a keeper. Of course, though, lots of calories.
