just reduce your balsamic vinegar and that should be exquisite...Home fried potatoes and some carrots seasoned with an outstanding balsamic vinegar I picked up at a new herb/spice/oil/vinegar shop that just opened up in town. Haven't done my research as to what else I will season the carrots with....any suggestions?...maple syrup, orange juice?....

Good looking vinegar..I would start a pan with some butter or olive oil then add the vinegar and a bit of sugar(tsp)..of course, you can add other seasonings, and many recipes call for it, so, go for it if you want.. but if you are going to shell out 20 bucks for some vinegar, you may want to enjoy the full flavorokay, thanks This is the vinegar I bought
