When I have leftover corned beef, I tend to use it for sandwiches (think Rubens) rather than hash.

I didn't do so well this morning for breakfast. Had 1 of dh's caramel rolls leftover from the cafe yesterday. I shouldn't even bring those darn things home!

Usually we cut up the day old ones & make caramelized bread pudding out of them. It's just so tempting on Fridays to bring 1 home for the weekend.Sell them as "Day Olds" at half price the next day. Then you won't be tempted to take them home. As kids, we all used to stop at the bakery around the corner and buy for five cents, the cake cookies, half chocolate frosting, half white. Ate it on the way to school.
