I am making white chili today. Has anyone tried this? I never have due to the fact I love chili with hamburger but chicken? I hope this is not a flop. Am cooking the breast right now. It states in recipe to use chicken breast. I would like your opinion if you made it and what did you think of it? Would you make it again? Thanks

I enjoy chili with both poultry or beef. They do have very different tastes, and textures if your using chopped chicken instead of ground. But it's a nice change!

Thanks PAB for encouragement. Hope they feel the same way that you do. Just don't like to put time and have them say don't like it.
