Italian Suasage Fajitas...and then the leftovers

This really wasn't the plan, but I decided to be a bit creative with what we had in the fridge and the wife agreed. She didn't want to have the recipe she bought the ingredients for and with her agreeing, off I went...

We both were happy with the results. One thing that's nice with these left overs is that they work perfectly for making quesadillas, which happens to be one of the things my wife enjoys making , so a night off from cooking for me. 8) . I took pics of her progress in order for her cook to be documented.

Apparantly I don't have a plated pic :roll: , but it sure tasted good.

I'm glad you checked with your wife first. We don't want to leave them out of the decision making process. They need to feel they are a part of this. I seek my wife's advice on all manner of things of gastronomical importance - except when it comes to ordering the BBQ goodies! I sneak those items in the house when she's out.
