Looking for a good Tomatillo Recipe

I keep seeing these in the grocery store and want to give them a shot. Does anyone have a good recipe that uses tomatillos?

Far as I know there aint any. Them things taste like a cross between a green tomater and a sour pickle. Not sure why anybody would want to eat one. Hope this helps.

You can make salsa verde with them, just boil or roast them to get rid of the afore mentioned sourness.

To me they are like a meaty lime, a little. I use them in salsa.
