Les bought a rather large package of Polish sausage over the weekend. They look like long hot dogs. We cooked some over an open fire on Saturday night and IMO, they were awful! Way too salty! So, I am planning on cooking them somehow tonight inside either stovetop or in the oven. Please share any ways to cook them that will cut the salt and taste great! I am open to cooking with beer, never have before but will do it!
I have potatoes, onions, red and green bell peppers, and pasta on hand. I don't have any cabbage so recipes with that are out for tonight!
