I have recently become fascinated with NC Fried Chicken. Might you share your recipe/method?
We have the recipe for Cook's Country North Carolina dipped chicken. I pass on the dip, but love the fried chicken, though it's time consuming, mostly passive though. I'll either post the recipe or DM you if you want.
