We were at a family member's house for an early Father's Day dinner, so I'm not sure how they fixed the chicken, we brought the sweet potatoes. They were made with an old family recipe.

We have the recipe for Cook's Country North Carolina dipped chicken. I pass on the dip, but love the fried chicken, though it's time consuming, mostly passive though. I'll either post the recipe or DM you if you want.

I would love to have it...although I'm not sure it is the same as the one that grabbed my attention on a recent TV show...thanks! Please do whatever is easiest for you.

Ribeye with mushrooms, baked potato, corn and peach salsa.
I made some ham cups with egg and cheese. We had those and some wholewheat toast.
