Searching restaurants for a specific dish

Does anyone know or use a website or app where you can search for a restaurant that has a specific dish on their menu ?

I know I can search by cuisine, city/ state location and even dietary needs.

That would be hard to do. Every restaurant would have to have a readable copy of their menu available online. Many restaurant websites just have photos of the menu for you to read.

I'm not sure how up-to-date it is, but this app is supposed to do that.
