What are you having for supper?

We had hot chicken sandwiches on whole grain bread with the leftover roasted veggies from the chicken we roasted for New Year's Eve. It was also chicken leftover from the same meal and gravy made with chicken stock from that same chicken. it turned out tasty.

We had grilled chicken breast which had a dry rub on it, garlic rice with vegetables, and fresh pineapple cubes from a pineapple that "followed my husband home."

We had a huge windstorm and power outages...we went out to lunch, but I decided to make sure we could have a hot dinner! I did chicken skewers on the gas grill! We did have power, so we had twice baked potatoes too...and a Caesar's Salad.
