My brother came over today with a hunk of venison, some smokey bacon and small pork shoulder roast..I had some back fat and trim to throw in..it totaled around 8 lbs..we modified a recipe from The Spicy Sausage...I'm not a big fan of venison, but I like to make sausage..He was tickled to be bringing these home...
