Can't do that everyday if you want to get back into your skinny jeans!I had a large brownie for breakfast the other day...sometimes you just have to do it, to heck with the blood sugar!
+1 add a salad and some brown rice, and you'll be set for the day!Breakfast this morning will be steak and eggs...got some leftover steak so it only makes sense.
